China’s Tibet witnesses rapid development within short span of time: Nepali official

Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) of People's Republic of China has achieved a tremendous development within a short span of time after the democratic reform in 1959, said Pramod Dahal, press advisor for Nepali Minister of Information and Communication, in a recent interview with Xinhua.
